Who am I?
My academic background
I am an insect ecologist interested in how the effects of human related environmental changes affect insects and how this biological group may be considered in macroecological perspectives. Currently, I am working mainly with bees (Hymenoptera) and the effects of climate change, landscape ecology, and data shortfalls (i.e. Wallacean shortfall) upon these organims. Nonetheless, I have previous experiences with dragon- and damselflies, stink bugs, beetles, and invasive plants. Currently, my research mainly involves landscape ecology and distribution models.
